Michael holds the residential contractor’s license for the company and has been in the construction industry since 2017. With hands-on experience from flipping over 100 homes to managing full-scale new construction builds, he brings both practical knowledge and big-picture leadership to every project. Michael is married to Hunter, and together they have two children, Greyson and Jaxon — future builders in training!

Clay Thomas
Clay is a Mercer University graduate, entrepreneur, and co-founder of the company. In addition to building homes, he also owns and operates Crossway Realty. Clay brings a sharp eye for market trends, land development, and strategic growth. He’s married to Brooke, and they have two children, Banner and Neelie.

Hunter D’Ambrosio
With a background in education, Hunter left the classroom in 2023 to help grow the family business. She now works directly with clients to guide their design selections and oversees key project details to ensure timelines stay on track. Her organized approach and personal touch help create a smoother, more enjoyable building process.
