Founded by Michael D'Ambrosio and Clay Thomas, our company began in 2017 with a passion for transforming homes and neighborhoods through renovation and resale.

Over the years, we’ve successfully flipped more than 100 properties, gaining hands-on experience and a deep understanding of quality construction. In 2020, we took our commitment to the next level by becoming a licensed residential contracting firm, shifting our focus toward building new homes from the ground up.

Today, we specialize in custom homes, spec builds, and multifamily projects across Pierce, Brantley, Ware, Bacon, and surrounding counties in Georgia. We’ve recently expanded into subdivision development and continue to grow by listening closely to our customers and our community.
